LD施胶度测量套装

本套装是根据GB-T 460-2002 纸施胶度的测定(墨水划线法)要求而设计的专门用于纸和纸板施胶度测定工具。

l 用具
划线器（鸭嘴笔）、标准墨水、透明标准宽度片、玻璃平板（自备）。
测量方法
1、按GB/T 450要求，切取value="150" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">150mm*value="150" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">150mm的试样，标明正反面。每面纸至少需要3个试样。*好戴手套操作，避免直接用手接触测试面。
2、调整划线器的宽度，使之与要测试的纸对应。如40value="50" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">-50克纸为value=".5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.50毫米，value="60" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">60克纸为value=".75" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.75毫米。并注满标准墨水。
3、把试样平铺于玻璃板上，把划线器与玻璃板呈45°角，迅速轻划一直线，（在一秒钟内应该划value="10" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">10厘米以上）。
4、如果墨水不扩散不渗透，需不断调整（增加）笔的宽度划线，直至发生扩散或渗透。如果出现扩散或渗透，需不断调整（减少）笔的宽度划线，直至不发生扩散或渗透。
5、把试样自然风干后，用透明标准宽度片进行比较（试样头、尾各value="1.5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">1.5cm不要），每面不发生扩散或渗透的线条*大宽度即是纸的施胶度。

l 参考数据：凸版印刷用纸的施胶度约为value=".25" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.25毫米，胶版印刷用纸的施胶度为value=".75" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.75毫米。一般食品包装纸40value="50" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">-50克的施胶度为value=".5" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.50毫米，value="60" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">60克的为value=".75" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">0.75毫米。
