当泵为蓄能器重液时,液压信号同时作用于小阀芯的右端,当蓄能器的充液压力达到由调压弹簧调定压力所确定的*大值P2时,先导阀芯动作、P-N连通,蓄能器停止充液。随着油液的减少、蓄能器的油压降为p 时,先导阀芯在调压弹簧的作用下复位、P—N 断开、P—SP连通,蓄能器变为充液状态。利用先导阀小阀芯 (直径 d)及大阀芯 (直径D)的面积不同以及调压弹簧的弹簧力F可将蓄能器的油压控制在P~P 之间。其关系式为:

, 直至达到其额定工作压力15MPa。随着油液的减少,蓄能器的油压逐渐降低,当蓄能器油压降低18%、到*小工作压力时,充液阀自动切断P—N通路,P—Sp 连通,泵出油液经充液阀为两个蓄能器充油,当充油压力达到*大工作压力15MPa时,充液阀切断P—Sp,接通P-N通路,可为后面的其它执行机构供油。
