Stanyl聚酰胺46是荷兰DSM公司出品的耐热聚酰胺。DSM是一家大型的国际化工公司,
其热塑性塑料品种繁多,有PA6和PA66,PA46,PET和PBT,TPEE,ABS,PE,PP,PC等等。Stanyl主要应用于电气、电子以及汽车工业,也可满足其它应用领域的要求。
Stanyl聚酰胺46由DSM公司*家生产和销售,向全世界推广应用。Stanyl在1991年
就已获得ISO9001的认证,技术人员可提供全球范围内的技术支持:包括产品设计、成型加工和选材。
Stanyl PA46是由二氨基丁烷和己二醇缩聚而成的脂肪族聚酰胺,其化学结构式为:虽然
Stanyl PA46的分子结构与PA66的相似,但Stanyl PA46的每个给定长度的链上的酰胺组数更多,链结构更对称;而高度对称的链结构致使其结晶度高(约为70%),而且
结晶速度快,因而熔点更高(295℃),热变形温度也高,而长期使用温度(CUT 5000hours)可达163℃。这些特性使Stanyl PA46比其它工程塑料如PA6、PA66、PPA和聚酯在耐热、高温下的机械强度、耐磨等方面具有技术优势,并且成型周期短,加工更经济。
