3M444PET基材双面胶耐温性好、抗剪切性强,一般长期耐温100-125℃,短期耐温150-200℃,
适合于铭板、LCD、装饰品、装饰件的粘接。
3M双面胶使用时的要求及储存环境要求
3M双面胶在粘接时,需按以下方式操作,可获得增强的粘接效果:
1、先对粘着表面必进行清洗干燥,一般建议以布沾取1:1IPA(异丙醇)与水的混合液进行表面擦试清洁后,待表面完全干燥。
2、待清洁溶剂干燥后,将胶带贴合于粘着表面,以滚筒或其他方式施以约15PSI(1.05公斤/平方厘米)之压力,使其有效粘合。
3、将胶带离型纸撕除,然后将需贴合材料贴上,同样施以15PSI压力,使其有效贴合。如需去除气泡,应增加压力,以物品能承受限度为上限。
4、粘贴时理想的温度为15-38℃,勿低于10℃。
5、胶带粘接时,应以一端先贴合后,再缓压至另一端,以减少气泡产生的机率。
