特点：本机是在BX-701AA高精密型大型单管自动切台之基础上发展而来.触摸屏上增加调节主轴转速及圆刀转速等功能.另为方便远程客户,本机增设远程监控功能.可以在异地对本机PLC及触摸进行程序监控,便于程序维护.修改.为更进一步提高切割精度及节省材料,有效增强对边料切割的控制.本机特增设自动调整切刀座角度装置.在切割的同时,刀片随切割进程不断变化切割角度,以达到*效果.自动调整切刀座角度装置由PLC控制,由独立的步进电机执行角度调整.
相对于TBX-701TDAA高精密型大型单管自动切台而言,本机其精度和自动控制程度更高.
Characteristics:
This machine is developed based on BX-701AA large high-pcision single-tube automatic cut. The function of regulating rotation rate of main shaft and rotary blade is added to touch screen. In addition, remote monitoring function is installed for remote customers to ensure the programmed repair on PLC and touch screen at a distant place. To further improve the cutting pcision and save material, and to effectively strengthen the control of edge-trim cutting, the deice of automatic regulating cut angle is particularly designed so that the blade keeps changing its cutting angle varying with cutting procedure while cutting, so as to obtain the optimum efficiency. The device of automatic regulating blade rest angle is controlled by PLC, and angle regulation performs at the responsibility of independent step motor.
In contrast to TBX-701TDAA large high-pcision single-tube automatic cut, this machine has better pcision and higher automatic control degree.
